  • Address Changes

    Address Changes

    • Active employees: Must log into HR Xpress and initiate the address change online. The Benefits Center will NOT accept address changes from active employees.
    • Former employees: Call the RRD Benefits Center (1-877-773-4236) and request an address change. Benefits Center will NOT accept address changes from active employees.
  • Pay Statement

    View and/or Print Your Pay Statement

    Log into HR Xpress

    • Active US employees: Go to Payroll Xpress >> Pay >> View/Print Pay Statements.
    • Former US employees: For a period of 24 months following termination, former employees may continue to view pay statements online. This is the only functionality or content available in HR Xpress. (NOTE: Disability payments issued by The Hartford are not available in HR Xpress.) Address changes for former employees must be initiated by contacting the RRD Benefits Center.
